I was happy with the amount of working time this gives you. It doesn’t feel like you have to rush through everything or panic to get it done before it starts setting up. I had enough time to take care of what I needed, make a few adjustments, and work at a comfortable pace, which I really appreciated.

My experience with customer service was decent overall, but the response time was slower than I expected. If it’s not something urgent, it’s probably fine, but if you need a quick answer, it could be a bit frustrating.

It worked fine enough, but you really have to measure it exact. If the mix is off even a little, it doesn’t come out quite right. So yeah, it does the job, just don’t eyeball it.

The coverage wasn’t anywhere close to what they claimed. I ended up having to buy extra, which was frustrating... not what I expected!

The only thing that bothered me was the instructions. As a beginner, I had to look up a few things online because some parts weren’t super clear, and when I tried to get clarification, I kind of felt dismissed instead of helped. Still a good epoxy, but I wish the guidance had been a little more beginner-friendly

Right away, the smell was the first thing I noticed, mostly because I was expecting it to be strong. I used it in my garage the odor wasn’t bad at all. I still cracked a window just to be safe, but compared to other epoxies I’ve used, this was much easier to deal with.

I grabbed this stuff thinking I’d get that nice clear, glossy finish, but it dried cloudy in a few spots. I followed the directions and mixed it the way they said, so who knows what this little “crystal clear” hero was doing.
It did harden like it was supposed to, so I’ll give it that, but the clarity was disappointing. For the price, I expected it to look cleaner, and I probably won’t bother ordering it again.

I kept checking it after a few hours, then later that night, then the next day, and it still had that sticky feel. I ended up having to scrape off sections and redo parts, which was really annoying, especially because I was using it on something that needed a smooth, clean finish. I’ve used other products for small repairs, countertop spots, craft projects, and sealing little edges before, and I’ve never had one stay this gummy for this long. Maybe it’s fine for something where the finish doesn’t matter, like a rough patch in a garage or a temporary fix, but I wouldn’t trust it for anything visible, anything you touch, or anything that needs to cure hard and clean. Frustrating overall, and I don’t think I’d use it again.

I ran into an issue and reached out to their tech support, but it wasn’t a great experience. The replies took a while, and it felt like they weren’t really reading what I was asking. I had to explain the same thing more than once and still never got a clear answer. I even looked around to see if other people had dealt with the same thing because I wasn’t sure if it was just me. Frustrating when you’re just trying to get basic help. Based on this, I probably wouldn’t use them again.

I used epoxy from masepoxies.com on a small bathroom vanity project, my main concern was the area around the sink. I mean, what’s the point of doing all that work if water is just going to mess it up, right?
After a few weeks of splashes, wiping it down, and regular bathroom use, it still looks just like it did when I finished it. No cloudy spots, no peeling, and the edges don’t feel soft or weird at all.

Shipping was totally fine too, which is always a relief. I’m giving it 5 stars because the water resistance has been better than I expected, and really, what more can you ask for on a bathroom project?
